Hi Dear Backers,
Hope you are doing well.
I am glad to update here that after our coordination, the vendor offered us some new FPC cables in advance of schedule which can be used to produce some dockings.
Finally we have small batch of dockings which will be sent out these 2 days. We will follow the PO order to arrange shipment.
For other POs, once we get new FPC cables, we will produce and arrange shipment. Roughly May 10.

Production & Shipment Update

Hi Dear Backers,
Hope everything goes well in your side.
We should have implemented the shipment before 20th April after we got all materials and arranged production. However, one material, FPC cable, which is used to connect to the USB C ports, were checked and found tiny dimension difference from what we had confirmed to the vendor. Even though this tiny difference doesn’t affect the assembling, but it causes loose contact to the laptop. To ensure the quality and user experience, we follow the strict quality standard and have to return the defective FPC cables to the vendor, which unfortunately delayed the shipment. The attached FPC cables’ pictures are for your reference.
Now the vendor already started to prepare materials for FPC cables, we expect to get new FPC cables early May, then we will immediately arrange production and ship out the dockings around May 10.
We are so sorry to inform this delay and cause the inconvenience, and please trust that we do try our best to arrange shipment ahead of this updated schedule.
